Constant supervision of the production processes as well as raw material and finished product control are the priorities for our laboratory which stands guard over maintaining the specified quality standards.

The physicochemical and microbiological laboratories employ their modern equipment to conduct organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological tests, defined in the standards of quality. Constant, systematic analyses during each stage of the production ensure that the batches of dried vegetables comply with the regulations of the Polish food law and the European Union standards.

The undertakings in the scope of the health safety of the product reinforced the trust of consumers in the country and abroad.

The functioning Quality and Food Safety Management System ensures the consistency of the implemented objectives with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, “Codex Alimentarius” and the BRC Global Standard.
